Cucumber, Mango & Moong Dhal Salad

Ingredients:

Moong Dhal - 1/4 cup
Cucumber - 1
Mango - 100 grams
Salt - to taste
Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tbs

Method:

Soak Moong Dhal in enough water for 20 - 30 minutes. Chop the cucumber and mango into small pieces.

In a bowl add soaked moong dhal (without water), cucumber, mango, salt and coriander leaves. Toss well and serve.
