Ingredients:
Jaggery - 250 grams
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Cardamom - 2 pods
Lemon (optional) - 2 tbs
Water - as required (based on the sweetness of jaggery)
Method:
Dissolve the jaggery in water. Crush the ginger and cardamom and add it in the jaggery water. Add the lemon juice. Mix well till the jaggery get fully dissolved in water. Filter it and serve chilled or at room temperature.
